CardEx: People Powered Prepaid

We are aware of an issue that in some limited cases is causing incorrect transaction declines.  This problem affects a small subset of cards issued since the end of March 2013.

As part of our transformation from a company focused on providing only corporate prepaid products to one that provides the best prepaid products for everyone, we decided it was time for a new logo. And the color blue? Well, that’s been a CardEx staple for years. We are keeping the best of what we do and building on it to ensure that we are the best we can be.
